What impresses me about Pragmatyxs (other than the fact that I’ve finally figured out how to spell it!) is that you take my problems seriously, and jump into things with both feet when needed. We had a big issue a year or so ago that hit us (of course) on late Saturday night. I was able to put in a ticket with the automated system, and got a call back from Pragmatyxs in just a few hours. They continued to work with me through the night, taking the problem over as a problem with the bartender system…even though it was clear to all of us that the problem was caused by our ERP system.
