Pragmatyxs on the Move

Pragmatyxs, a leader in the implementation of Compliance Labeling and Material Tracking systems software is pleased to announce a number of significant organizational changes to our company. In our efforts to expand our business and to further our commitment to exceptional customer service we have embarked on an expansion of our management and engineering teams.

Paul Van Hout, the founder, will continue to serve the company in his role as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Joining Pragmatyxs as President and Chief Operating Officer is David Martin, a long time industry veteran who has been appointed to this position in April 2009. "David, is a significant addition to our team, he has been involved in various capacities in Sales, Marketing and Executive Management in his career, including his recent position as Interim President at SSC, a Sterling Capital Partners Portfolio company. We welcome David to our Executive Management team at Pragmatyxs and with his leadership, experience and guidance expect to enhance and accelerate our company vision, initiatives and service capabilities at Pragmatyxs."

Phil Van Hout as Vice President of Customer Service will direct our Customer Service and Implementation teams. Phil has been a key contributor to Pragmatyxs in multiple capacities throughout his long tenure. In this new assignment, Phil will direct all support and implementation processes at Pragmatyxs. Paul Van Hout commented: "Phil has played a critical role in building this organization and with his industry knowledge; customer experience and technical skills will continue to provide Pragmatyxs customers with the highest level of service."

David Hyliard, a Senior Consultant , has joined our team, David has established a significant reputation in the industry in the installation of compliance labeling solutions; David brings with him close to twenty years of experience in labeling solutions and Oracle and SAP integrations. Kim St Hilaire has also recently joined Pragmatyxs as a Senior Consultant and will bring her experience to Product development, Product Design and customer implementations. Paul Van Hout commented. "David and Kim are experienced engineering resources who will be involved in our product development and customer services at Pragmatyxs. They will work with both our design and consulting teams to provide professional engineering support in our engagements."

We have also added Joseph Wilson as Vice President of Business Development, in this capacity Joe will be responsible for developing new business relationships and will manage our increasingly expanding installed customer base. Joe is a software industry veteran who recently was the senior account manager for Loftware.

As with our long- time team members, our new additions bring exceptional experience, talent and passion for service to Pragmatyxs. We welcome them aboard and are excited about the future of our business and what we offer our valued customers.
